Chef Albert Utomo oversees the sushi bar and collaborates with the kitchen to bring the customers traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern perspective. His journey started in Las Vegas. He then moved to New York City. After working in popular sushi restaurants in New York he finally fulfilled his dream of opening his own restaurant, here in Visalia. Albert's creativity is based on a masterful technique and his virtuoso skills honoring the freshest ingredients. He believes sauces should compliment fish and not overpower them. Extremely personable and a natural educator, Albert enjoys teaching customers about the fish he serves. He believes that customers should not be intimidated by the sushi bar and welcomes their questions and comments.
